History
MyDollarstore, Inc. franchise was created after a comprehensive, multi-million dollar study was undertaken by My Dollarstore, Inc. in 1999 to understand the wholesale and retail customer needs, changing technology and the industry dominated by corporate giants.

Our study found Dollar General store, Family Dollar store and Dollar Tree store operate thousands of company owned stores. Mom and Pop Dollar stores are run by independent store owners. These store owners have very limited buying power to compete against these giants. Many stores are poorly run and can not afford state-of-the-art POS system to control the inventory. My Dollar Store concept was created to cater to the growing needs of this new and fast growing market that was quickly changing the way business was being done. 

A new economy was born requiring a new paradigm and a different way to do business. Hence the birth of a timely new concept — MyDollarstore, Inc.. We provide My Dollarstore owners everything they need from selecting a right location including merchandise, store layout and design, Point of Sales system, marketing and store operation.
